Dr. Vimal Kumar is an experienced Psychologist, with an experience of ten years. She worked with Doctor Kares Hospital along with the founder of Doctor Kares, Late Dr. Vijaysheel Kumar, a well known neurosurgeon, and the founder of non invasive Active Oxygen Therapy in Delhi; for six years as a pain psychologist.

Dr. Vimal Kumar began iPdidaah three years ago. Over time it has grown, majorly through recommendations. She is presently associated with the Sanjivini Society for Mental Health since 2004.

  • Designed and conducted a Psychometric Test for Selection of the candidate for international competitions Worldskills 2017. This event was organized by National Skill Development Corporation for World Skills India.
  • Designed the questionnaire for assessing Concept Mapping, Analytical Ability, Leadership Ability, Communication, Expression and Decision Making Potential, Flexibility for Adaptation to Change, Overall Strengths and Areas for Improvement. This was followed by a face to face interaction with each potential candidate to further analyze personality traits.

 

2013

  • Designed and conducted assessment questionnaire and interview structure for assessing specific work related competencies (using Competency Mapping Questionnaires, MBTI, Skill Mapping Questionnaire and Concept Mapping Questionnaire) for the employees recruited by Institute of Apparel Management, Apparel House. This exercise was carried out over a year to facilitate restructuring of employees within the organization.
