Simple and Effective Techniques to deal with it.
1. Start your day early, no matter what.
Waking up with the sunrise is not only good for health, but also motivates us to finish off our tasks in our time so that we can relax the rest of the day. If we are already late, a sense of de-motivation strikes and affects our energy.
2. Devise a daily checklist in your notepad or get the help of organizing apps.
The human brain can’t invariably store all the things in a single room. Hence there is a need to create a place for them in order to remind ourselves consistently.
3. Too much tasks? Confused with priorities?
In this situation, what we do usually is spent at least one fourth of the total time in deciding what to do first. If your goals aren’t stringently scheduled, pick anyone at random and just start executing it one at a time. You will be amazed by the results!
4. Award yourself!
Take a decision that the treats which you enjoy by sneaking out from our job, should be done only after completing a set chunk of tasks. Like checking up on your networks, watching a movie, etc.
5. If you are unable to be strictly time oriented, be goal oriented.
Sometimes it’s simply not possible to manage with the clock. But keep it mind the minimum amount of work that you have to accomplish anyhow to feel the remaining day.
6. Always remember, accomplishments make your complete day worthwhile!
Even a small achievement kicks up your mood in the right manner and gears you up for the whole day.
